I have been selling antique spool, thread, sewing etc cabinets for almost 50 years but never had this cabinet before.  It is a Star Braid cabinet from a country store.  I would be lying if I understood exactly what braid even was but there is some of it included with this piece (see photo).     Overall size is 19"x22"x10".  A drop down style cabinet which reveals a fitted interior of 2 x 3 inch cubbies; with a drawer beneath.  Executed in walnut and retaining its original finish in good condition.  I note on the braid packages that it is made from Alpaca hair.   Nice cabinet in that you could use for storage of many other items or even a small desk.   Email any day (see email address above---I normally check
